Atwood Developments began as a small project management company operating out of Layton Atwood’s basement. Layton, a college student at the time, discovered a lack of communication in the construction industry. He knew he could combine his industry-experience with emerging technologies to streamline the construction process.

Layton adopted a transparent approach to project management. With client satisfaction as the primary objective, he encouraged his client’s to be actively involved with their project building process. This innovative approach set a higher standard of communication, project management, and success with deliverables.
